You don't agree with me, so what, leave it at that, but don't ramble out a bunch of BS and then say that's why I'm wrong. I, in fact, quote you the majority of the time during our discussion so that you and I are both discussing the same point. You, on the other hand, throw quips, slights and insults while making blanket statements in reference to nothing.

I have been very clear and precise in my posts, "semi's" is a term most often use to describe 18 wheeled trucks.

Once again reading comprehension, it's not your strong suit, is it? Your quotes and positions stand on their own footings. I think everyone can decide for themselves if your position is semis should only be legal for killing people, hunting, or both.

Great now we are getting some where. Maybe I can help you out. To "quote" me would be to use "my exact words", not to use the words you thought you read and meant what you though they meant, when I wrote them. There does that help?

Great now we are getting some where. Maybe I can help you out. How about this time? Your words in the quote or someone elses? I am just trying to get a hang of this quoting thing that you seem to think I don't understand how it works. Am I doing it correctly now which is the same as I have been doing during this entire thread? Please, please, let me know if this is correct. It pains me to think that I am not quoting you correctly.

Get back on topic guys! This isn't a debate about interpreting each others comments?
Most of us can read I hope, it's clearly evident who the anti gun guys are.

Seriously, yes, the topic at hand is an important issue for many of us. Especially as our demographics change. The use of semis for hunting has been the norm and accepted as the norm by both hunters and non hunters across this country. There have been no viable safety or resource concerns and we have good data from Pa that also supports their expansion. There is no doubt, Jim's opinions are mirrored by enough folks that this discussion will always be a uphill battle. Much like Sunday hunting, the tide is beginning to turn though. More hunters support SH and more hunters are supporting expanding the use of semis for hunting that just a few short years ago.

Just so as not to let you be mislead, I don't support the killing of people, whether those people are hunting people or just plain ole regular people.

I would hate to assume something as it relates to this discussion so I have to ask in case it comes up again. You do not support the use of semiautomatic firearms for self defense reasons? The end game being killing an assailant.

And why it will be slow and up hill has a lot to do with the people that support these agendas, I don't see any need for, and I see serious detrimental effects from allowing hunters to carry AK47s or M-16s with a pocket full of doe tags into our game lands, silly me I don't see the good that comes from these kinds of scenario's. For that stance I'm labeled anti gun, with that I can say may your journey be long, laborious and unrewarding.

And as a reply I stated that you don't ask questions, you make statements with question marks on the end. Once again here is just another example of your hardships with sentence structure and punctuation marks.

As has been mentioned before, I haven't seen anyone that supports it saying it is "needed". I do often see those opposes say it is "not needed". The fact of the matter is 75% or more of our regulations are not "needed", but exist because they can with minimal detrimental affects. You often say it is all about deer for those that support this and insinuate they are lying if they do not say they want this change primarily to deer hunt with semis. I guess everyone is lying then. What you often see is those opposed referencing their concerns for the deer populations as you just did, though. I would argue it is more about deer for those opposed than it is all about deer for those that support. If we never see this issue progressed beyond where it is now, I still find it rewarding to try.

Jim,
Do you or do you not support the use of semiautomatic firearms for self defense reasons?
You know exactly what I was asking. I, along with many, shorten sentences on social media and text to save typing.

Nothing short of swinging a child by one arm should be considered unfit for use as a self defense weapon.
