Is it an exercise that help with sacroiliac pain? If it is true sacroiliac pain, generally a comprehensive stabilization and flexibility program is the best approach which includes both flexion and extension based routines to stabilize the area. That along with correction techniques if your si jont rotates. Si dysfunction can be complex so the above is in general terms.

Extension exercise if very effective for certain conditions. Few actually realize it and focus on it. It can be very bad for some conditions as well. Is it an exercise that help with sacroiliac pain? No idea? All I can say is,if I wake up and my lower back feels a little tweaky,I'm 100% after I do a couple sets and I feel great the rst of the day.

Gene, isn't most pain that is described as "my aching sacroilliac" actually a problem one spinal joint above (L4-L5)?

A few years ago I was told I have arthritis in my lower back and it gives me trouble most days but usually gets better when I get up and start moving around. This suspected SI pain seems to be between my hip and lower spine. My son is a PA and he thinks my suspicions may be right but tells me I need to see a dr. and get xrays or an MRI and there are a few things they will have me try if that's what it is. I was hoping for something I could try myself to help with the pain until I am not as busy as I am right now. I don't like taking any meds unless things are really bad.

Is everybody all tucked into a oak tree this glorious morning on what many consider the kickoff to the fall hunting seasons?

Nice buck Cspot.
I have only gotten out once so far this season-(too much work to do n the cabin while weather is good) My wife got a 90# (field dressed) doe last evening. I got her call as I was coming back from camp. She saw it drop so recovery was quick and we had it hanging by the time it got dark. It is the third deer out of the five she has killed that fell within sight and she only draws 42 pounds. When she decided to start archery hunting four years ago I was concerned that she might be underpowered-so much for that thinking.
My oldest son was able to get out for the first time and got pics and video of a bear moseying around his stand eating the white oak acorns. Both hunters were very happy with their hunts.

I didn't realize it till I watch the video as right as I was taking the shot he turned a little towards me. I didn't put it on the video but I had to put another one in him to finish him.

Drew a blank on this evenings sit. Our evening was slow. I sat with Colton. Saw a few doe and a couple of little buck but they were aways away. Expected better movement with the cool weather.

I am having a very hard time getting excited this year. Heading up for a week the week of the youth hunt. Will get some stands out up and a couple blinds for the girls.
Have some decent bucks on cameras, but they aren't living on the property. We see them infrequently. Maybe that will change come the rut.
