Everyone in my area cant believe how quiet it has been. Wonder whats the difference between the western part compared to the east? I was gonna say we just have better hunters over here but the PGC said we couldn't see brow tines on the western side so they had to change the antler restrictions to help us out, so I guess that isn't the reason.

Sounds like you had a good hunt Gene. Guys at the club took 3 more gobblers on Saturday. 12 total, it's crazy good! It was fun stretching the legs and lungs out on rugged public land. Hopefully, I can sneak down there for a deer hunt or two come fall as well. Just better hope the deer doesn't run to the bottom of one of those mountains.
