I remember looking for one too Ridge with no luck. My guess Buzz had one fitted via drilling? Also, I looked for drop-in bbls for the Firestorm with no luck. Mebbie some(peeps and bbls) are available now. Haven't looked for a while as I sold my FS.

Yes, I did have one fitted via drilling. I don't remember what brand it was. Got a local gunsmith that messes with that stuff, and I had him do the job. I also run the smallest fiber optic front site I could find. The combination of the two gives a clear site view, and does not cover a deer up like the ol buckhorns do. After looking through them, most of my buddy's also had peeps installed, there is a huge differance.....IMO.
if you get serious about it Gene, let me know and I will post some pics of mine if you want to see how mine was done.

I got my paps firestorm he bought in the 90s, the front site always gets knocked off, so I emailed TC and they are sending me a new one free of charge. Can't beat that.

According to Lyman, the sight will fit a Lyman deerstalker, or Trade Rifle. Lyman web siteMy T\C Hawken pic below shows my peep on my tang. My tang is curved....but where the sight mounts is straight.

Looks like a good fit there Dave!! Plus...That Hawken from whuts showing looks in excellent condition. The FS tang appears to not flatten out like the Hawken.
