I've never bought any "blemished" bullets, but will if the price is right. I have some on the shelf that look less then pristine due to age. I don't give it a second thought as long as the bullet's integrity is intact ie. - they're made and remain to manufacture's spec. Shiny, pretty bullets don't shoot any better than tarnished bullets.

Yes. I purchased 1,000 of Nosler's from Shooter's Pro Shop for groundhog hunting. They work just fine out to 800 yards from my heavy barrel Savage Action 6.5 Swede. Groundhogs die very quickly. Cheap bullets for vermin shooting!!!
