Lookn great dutch! We top dressed our lower plot this weekend. Just in time for a boost before bow season. I guess they had a good soaker last nite up there. Hopefully yours got some.

Yep they did. We have had great luck in northern Potter where we are with rain since we planted July 27th. Seem every 3 days or so a batch of rain or showers comes through.

You are fortunate, for sure. I think it maybe tied to being in the lake effect "snow belt" area. Rain is like snow in Potter county. Once you get north and west of Gold its a different planet when it comes to weather.

I remember seeing a map of Potter and the average yearly snowfall, you are right, that swath up there, and as you head north from 6, was nuts.

He mighta "got something" last week, but she was down in FL petting 'gators. Probably safer than trying to pet him? For as dry as things were up north over July Fourth, they looked a helluva lot better over Labor Day.
