We got done butchering today so I thought I would give it a go to cook some meat off the bones and make vegetable soup. Anyone else do this?

Me. I also save all of my broth, chicken or beef.

My greatgrandmother would always take them to make broth as well. Some people like that the best.

The W 1 FE unit loves the neck roast. She cooks it and saves the broth, removes all the meat, and it makes a wonderful stew or veggie soup.
