I live right on the imposed border of DMA2. The PGC says you have to take a deer harvested in any of the disease management areas to a certain processor delegated by the PGC and the deer within that DMA cannot leave that area. But, 2 of the processors listed in this area are actually outside the zone.

You can't expect them to get everything right, can you?
