Hi All, I've been a DIE HARD hunter for the past 24 years. Deer, upland birds and waterfowl. I from the southeast part of the state and have a camp in Potter County. I'm not much of a chatter in these forums, but I'm going to try to find the time to get more involved.

If you ever actually meet anyone on the forum.....don't shake hands with Muab. Actually he IS from District 12. That's not so bad......but if you shake his hand you will get warts. That's no myth. (I've never met him.....but some guys have and that's the "grapevine report." Yeah....why would I lie?
I have met Turkeykiller and I will say he is a nice fellow. Your good to shake his hands (both of 'em) and you won't get warts....or any other communicable diseases!!!

Hi All, The Peregrine Club of Philadelphia just affiliated with the PFSC this summer and we are very happy that we did. As falconers the PGC has referred to us as "statistically insignificant" and can't that be said of most individual hunting clubs in PA? But now that we have affiliated, we believe that we actually have a voice. Thank you PFSC! I got to meet a number of the delegates at the September meeting and I'm very impressed with the organization. BTW, for any of you hunters, fishers or trappers who wish to know more about falconry in PA just visit our website, www.PeregrineClubofPhiladelphia.org and/or you are welcome to attend our 2015 fall falconry field meet.

I am new here and was hoping to be pointed in the direction of discussion on the new PA regulations for the first week only taking antlered deer. I aware that this is a new regulation but at the same time "what for". To me it makes no sense. Where I hunt is 1B and I can tell you that there are plenty if not over crowding of Doe. I think the point restriction is necessary though. Its frustrating to think every time I here a shot another Buck was knocked off. Personally I love archery but was unable to capitalize on any this season yet and was forced to hunt in gun season. I only use a compound . Anyway, I hunt for food and I enjoy the quiet break of everyday life in the serenity on the woods. Unfortunately there are a lot of trigger happy I just want to shoot something people out there that are injuring beautiful bucks, as well as doe. plus with this new change people that dont normally check regulations from year to year are getting a pass for killing a doe during the first five days. mmmmmm I guess I just need to understand the methodology behind the restrictions.
