It just doesn't make sense to ignore reporting your kill. When I was young and got a deer, filling out aharvest report card was like a reward, something I earned the right to do---that, and thinking I would be fined if I didn't..

You are right, We took pride in reporting. My one cousin, now departed, always said "It's none of their business what I shoot."
