Just took a ten pound batch of Con Yeager Trail Bologna out of the oven about an hour ago made from my archery buck. Mmmmmmm........mmmmmmmm......mmmmmmmm!!! Good stuff! I use 100% deer meat even though the recipe calls for a couple pounds of pork or beef. Still turns out great.

You don't need to use beef or pork. Just add a little olive oil and it will moisten the meat up just the same. Sounds tasty.
