Made it today. I got to tell you I will never use nothing but Dale's seasoning on any roast it makes the thing taste just right. I tried other recipes but Dale's is by far the best I ever used.

It's a little expensive the only two places I can get it is at the Walmart in Lebanon and the local store I used to work at. I turned the owner onto it as well he told me he uses it on everything. They also make a low sodium one in case you need it.

Speaking of cleaning out the freezer ... I put together a dish last week that I thought was awesome!
Ground venison. Brown the meat in olive oil with onions and garlic in a nice large skillet. Add a good dash of ground ginger and salt and pepper. Add green peppers and chopped celery. A can of Rotel Tomatoes with green chiles. A can of Black Beans (rinse the beans before putting in skillet) A cup of Beef Broth and a cup of nice white wine (I used Chardonnay). Add enough minute rice (uncooked) to make a nice mix.
Cover and simmer until rice is cooked, probably only about 10 minutes.
Two ways to serve: In a bowl with shredded Mexican cheese mix sprinkled on top and melted in the microwave.
Or, roll mixture in a corn tortilla spread with Jalapeno Mustard and sprinkled with shredded Monterey Jack. Could also use guacamole and sour cream.
Outstanding way to use up last years ground.
