The BOC proposed mentored youth be allowed the use of DMAP as well as an antlerless transfer. It would be either/or. Great move! May not happen in time for this year- need to check on some things.

When final approval is given, this will go into effect next year (2013-2014)

Our commissioners have really been on the ball, and very pro-sportsmen. I applaud them.
