Ingredients: 4 double cut wild boar chops\ salt and pepper to taste Emeriles seasoning to taste 2 tbl sp extra virgin olive oil heat skillet to medium and add olive oil salt and pepper both sides of chops and sprinkle a little Emeriles seasoning on both sides of chops. fry chops on medium heat till nicley browned on the first side, about ten minutes, do not allow to burn and only flip over one time, when browned on 2nd side and cooked to medium rare, remove from pan onto platter and cover with foil and allow to stand for 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy.
