I never really cared about Sunday hunting before but I would like to see it available. It would give me an opportunity to take my 9yo grandson out more. As of now he's lucky to get out once or twice a year.
Hopefully it happens.

I'm staunchly against Sunday hunting. I'd never get to watch football 😄

Her parents both worked the first day, and mom brought both girls to camp very late Saturday nite, so they could hunt Sunday.

I was in Montana last week visiting my nephew and his family. I didn't realize the impact I had on his involvement in hunting until he was telling his boys, who are now hunters, about how much my getting Jon out hunting meant. His parents were split up and it was a difficult time for him, and I got him out, when I could

It's too bad more of the youth don't have somebody who can take them out hunting, fishing or just out into the woods and along the streams. We adults get as much from seeing them experiencing the natural world as the kids get themselves. Your nephew is one of the lucky ones. And it sounds like another generation is benefiting from it.

Sadly, in this case, a vindictive mother would not allow his dad to take him hunting, but I was allowed to. It was a very difficult time, until she passed away. Sad to say, but I really think his kids were better off without her toxicity.

There is already a bill in the Senate, and the chairman of the Fish and Game committee has held it up.
Yet another Republican blocking Sunday hunting. I thought they were for less regulation and freedom?? Lol

Probably more than will ever meet the common eye.

R's in this state are not hunter friendly. We even had a majority of D's support the semiauto hunting bill and it was signed by a D Governor.
