From the booklet of regulations:
DELAYED HARVEST ARTIFICIAL LURES ONLY • Open to fishing year-round. • Fishing is permitted on a 24-hour basis. • Minimum size – 9 inches, caught on or in possession on, the waters under these regulations from June 15 through Labor Day. • The daily creel limit is three trout (combined species) from June 15 through Labor Day, caught on or in possession on the waters under these regulations. From the day after Labor Day until June 15, the daily creel limit is zero.
The above means that you must practice catch and release now. So have at it. Go fishing.

Thank Ye Kindly. I told him I THOUGHT it was open, and to go fish and ask for forgiveness if I'm wrong. He went. Didn't get a bite, but beat most alternatives.

No question in my mind, fleroo. A bad day of hunting, or fishing for that matter, beats the beejeebers out of a great day at work.
