Venision and Banana Peppers
Amounts depend on how many guys in camp
Venision steak Jar of Banana pepper rings Cream of Mushroom soup Butter, Not that fake stuff Onions cut into thick rings BEER!!!!
In a large cast iron skillet brown the steak in the butter after the steak is brown and 1 can of good beer and the onion Simmer until the beer is gone and the steak is tender Add the banana peppers and the mushroom soup, can add more beer now if you need to simmer until a nice cream gravy forms
Serve with a good crusty Tuscanny style bread.

Dutch Oven Pizza
Requires a dutch oven, some bolts and nuts I have a screen in my ovens instead of bolts, a pair of pliers and on open wood fire
Make your favorite pizza crust and sauce the frozen crusts will not work
I use flour, salt, yeast and oil for my crust Tomato sauce, seasonings for the pizza sauce
Now heat up the dutch oven in the coals of fire inside on the bottom of the oven place several large bolts or nuts to create a self for the pizza pan Using a small pie pan that fits the oven place the crust in the pan and add toppings Now place in the oven on top of the bolts and place the oven lid on the oven, place in the fire and put coals on top of the lid allow to cook for several minutes, use the pliers to remove the pan it is HOT. I use several ovens so we can keep up with the demand BOY DO THEY GO FAST. always have the ovens full as other guys are making their pizzas and are in line for an oven.

Venision Stew Venision stew meat White wine Potatoes Carrots Green Beans Clery Onion Potatoe flakes Instant Rice A package of large buttermilk biscuts from the dairy coolerSalt Pepper and favorite seasonings Lard I use a Dutch oven as they are my favorite way to cook at camp Season meat ahead of time Place oven in the fire must be smoking hot Put lard in oven along with the venision and brown venision Add 2 cups white wine Add veggies and seasonings put lid on oven and cook until veggies are done Add more wine if needed then add 1/4 cup potatoe flakes and 1/4 cup instant rice place biscuts on top of the stew and place back on fire put lid on oven along with hot coals on top of lid cook until biscuts are golden brown
