Hey all, anyone that's interested this Friday, Saturday and Sunday is the first year for the faire in it's new location. This is the old Dixon's show relocated just 4 or 5 miles up the road at Kempton fair grounds. I know a lot of folks that are looking forward to this since there hasn't been one for two years. I'm sure this is going to be a yearly event.

Is there a way you can move the fairgrounds 4 hours or so South and West ?
I start to shake when I travel east of HBG for some reason ?

I went up Friday, Larry, and I was quite impressed with the venue. Everything was indoors, different associations had tents set up outside, food vendor, blacksmiths demo (3), living history area, demonstration and seminar area. Plenty of room to expand and it sounds like they'll have more vendors next year. I believe they signed a lease for three years and they're already in the planning stage for next year. I'll post a few pics for ya.

Thanks Dan....great pics!! I saw gunbuilders Brad and Shane Emig(Cabin Creek Muzzleloading) were there. The Dixons faire is where I met Brad which sparked my interest in having him build my PA Mountain Rifle. Berkscoflinter(Chuck) was at that Dixon's show.
Will definitely have to try to make it next year.
