My guess is he was either the only person who ran for mayor, or no one rand and he wrote his name in on the ballot. How else could he have possibly gotten elected?

Hmmmmmm, That could explain my Grandpap's response to my Grandma's question when she asked if he caught anything ice fishing. His response was "Crabs." I didn't get it then and I sure don't want it now!
