I love mushrooms but don't have the guts to go look myself and pick my own my luck I will pick the poisonous ones There are a few species of fungi that are easy to identify and are edible and excellent, stroupy. The morels are the easiest to learn and they are not difficult to find if you have a good eye for them. The Gal is extremely good at finding them. go to her for instruction. There is nothing like a venison steak smothered in sliced morels. here is a source of info: www.morelmushroomhunting.com/and another: www.wildernesscollege.com/edible-wild-mushrooms.html
