I don't think they stocked most streams around here.I checked the stocking schedule before I left work to take my son and it was down.We hit Toby creek in Jefferson county around 2:00pm.Just before his first cast,he asked if it was stocked because nobody was there.His first cast yielded a big fat brookie and we just looked at each other and said yep.After that,no other hits and not a single trout followed his spinner.If they stocked,they didn't stock that spot.

Talked to a few guys that went out to some local stream's and they said not to many people fishing and the fish are biting.

Fished by myself yesterday, nobody around. Not normal for the early season and the weather was perfect. Got a few, the trout are getting smarter and selective. Tight lines!! JM

I went to Laurel Hill Creek yesterday. Nice day to be out. No catches....one miss and one who kept following my muddler I was stripping across a pool....never bit thought.
