No different than any other rifle. A slow twist can and will stabilize the PRB as, for example, the 50 cal RB weighs 180gr. A slow twist rifling will only shoot up to a "given" bullet weight. I shoot the Hornady Pa. Conical that weighs 240gr. from my Green Mt. 1-70 twist barrel. It's very accurate. But if I go to a heavier weight such as 300gr or more, accuracy is out the door.
I just purchased a Marlin 1894 in 44 mag. The Marlins twist is 1-38 and will not stabilize anything heavier than 240gr. (As I read) The Winchester 1894 has a twist rate of 1-24 (I think it's 24...could be a bit different) and the Winchester has no problems shooting 300gr + from it.

What is the facts or reasoning that a slow twist is best for round ball shooting ? Think of a golf ball(round ball). Spin causes the round object to deviate from straight. Think of a football(conical). Spin causes the object to fly straighter.
