I was just remembering how i had to get a pair of these to hunt in back in the early 60s! Did you use them ever ? Being insulated was truly questionable ? Water proof was one thing they were until the lower part of the tongue split at the bottom or jaggers poked a hole in them ?

Had a pair of green kangaroo insulated water-proof hunting boots ....they wore like iron and were one of the most comfortable and lightest boots ever. I believe Browning made them. This was back in the late 70's ....at the time I believe I paid around $120 for them. Well, all say and done, wish I had another pair, can't find anything close to them today.

Bout 20 years ago or so Cabelas had a Green Leather Insulated Hunting Boot. Had a pair but don't remember anything extraordinary about them except they were green.
