Hello I am new to this forum, i was wondering if anyone knows whats going on with HB 263. It seems stuck on the floor with Pursuant to Senate Rule 9. I have no clue what "Pursuant to Senate Rule 9" is. I have tried calling and emailing them with no answer.

I tried some time ago to figure out senate rule #9 and came up with a blank. Of course I didn't try very long. I have been following this bill and this initiative for years. I thought it was gonna pass but apparently it has hit a snag in good old backwards Pa.

Ok so I finally got a response
Thank you for your inquiry. HB 263 has been "laid in the table" in the Senate, meaning it has been somewhat stalled.
To answer your question about time frame of movement, I'm afraid I don't have that answer.
Your best bet would be to contact the office of the Senate Majority Leader Senator Jake Corman to get an answer in that regard as the Majority Leader controls the calendar.
My very best wishes to you.
Sincerely, Sean D. Wiley
So we need to contact Senator Jake Corman and ask for this bill to be placed on the calendar for voting. I am sure it will pass once it is placed on the calendar as it flew through house and senate once already. Help get this passed by messaging him and asking for it to be placed on the calendar.
