Just curious if anyone has ever seen this done before. One of the local School's has discovered a nest, home, den, very close to where the kids usually walk by when they change class's from one building to another. Yeah....fox are usually pretty private animals.....but I guess "stuff happens." For now the district has blocked off the area....and I mean really blocked it off....as the Game Commission is suppose to come out and "move" or "relocate" said nest, home, den. I'm just curious as to how they would do this. Do they dart dear 'ol Mom? Just steal the baby's and let Mom go crazy? (I doubt that). Any thoughts?

Pretty sure they off any vector species rather than relocating them.

Several year ago, when I lived in a private residential community,we had some people from NJ move in up the road.I was mowing the yard one day and the guy showed up in my yard with a cat carrier full of baby woodchucks that he caught under his deck.He figured since I was a hunter,he could just drop them off and I'd kill them lol.I was slightly insulted by the insinuation.

Well, I do know the PGC was called. Remember....this is a Public School we are dealing with so everything would be by the book. Well......don't go there. At least this would be by the book. I'm thinking this weekend it will be "hack 'n whack" and by Monday it will be fox?....what fox?
