Well, my brother is going to put out 3 or 4 cameras this weekend to see what was left after the season. I did get 2 nice bucks on the cameras the middle of the second week. Also, a few smaller bucks that probably made it. We probably have half the mature bucks as we did 5 years ago, which shows where the population was headed back when they were born. Mature buck sightings are a lagging indicator. I'm hoping a few more does made it thru, thanks to the shorter season and reduced tags the past 2 years.

I'm close to giving up on them.I can't even remember how many I've gone through and every one has been prone to malfunction.

Those are a couple nice bucks. Should be very nice next year. Good luck. For big woods Potter County, darned nice. Both those bucks have been on my cameras numerous times this year. So, they are residents. Mostly nocturnal tho. And by that, I mean, you get pics of them in a food plot at 10PM or later.

good ones dutch! I leave mine out for a while also, so far only thing i'm catching are does and spikes.
