Way to go!! CONGRATS Jared!! As any wild game...outstanding eating there if you know how to prepare. Most recipies you find will work in a lil bacon. A very simple one is to fry up some good thick bacon first, then toss the litely salted/peppered breasts into the hot bacon grease with a few sliced garlic buds. Fryem hot & fast and be sure to not overcook. Good way for grouse too. Ate tons of them while at home!!

If Jared shoots another woodcock, He can use some of the body feathers to tie a few simple soft hackle wets flies and use them to catch some of those pine creek trout, Dutch. I love catching trout and using materials from the critters I shoot just adds a little something to fishing.
Congrats to jared. He's lucky to have somebody getting him into the outdoors thumbsup
