Curious whut size SD cards you have in your trail cams??
I just bought an xtra 16GB so I can switch them out and bring home from camp to view on puter. I think next size up was a 32GB but seemed 16 was plenty.

4gb came with my two and are out there now. Funny, I just bought two 8gb yesterday to swap out this weekend. Cheapest because they never get totally filled up.

The guy at the store looked at me like I had two heads when he suggested I get one 16gb instead of the two 8gb because it's a better deal. I said I needed two though. He was still confused. Guess he doesn't use trail cams.

I use 1, 4 and 8 gb cards. As the smaller sizes go bad I replace them with 8gb, no chance of them filling up if I don't check them for a few weeks and are relatively cheap now online. Don't buy them in stores though, they are still pretty expensive.

Yeah...likely batteries would die well before memory is ever used. I know my M-880 is rated for a 24GB but my Moultrie Viewer only a 16GB.

Loggy- some cameras can't use the 32GB for some reason. 16 is plenty i think that is like 7000 pics or so haha. I use 16's and in fact i'm not sure what deals anyone gets but i buy mine at Big Lots and i try to do it when they have the 20% off sales. they sell the 16's for $12 so i can get them under 10 bucks. My cameras are growing up to 5 now and plan on adding more over christmas

Last year I used a 32G card. I think it would have taken about 25,000 pics?
I set my cam to take a pic every minute, during daylight hours. Had it out for 5 or 6 days, and I think we had 5200 pics or so?
Looking at 5200 pics is a grueling experience. LOL
I think, in general, 4-8 gigs is way plenty.
