Good luck Loggy! I have not winterized my boat yet hoping to get in another day on the bay.. but, looking less likely as too many other fun things to do are rapidly approaching! *thumbsup* My stepson with a keeper.. Attachment Deleted

I have no idea how I found time to work a regular job. But it sure seems like I had more leisure time to do the things I like to do when I did have a full time job! :/

I know exactly whut you mean Glenn. I think back when working we knew we only had a set number of days annual leave & we tended to more judiciously plan for its use as compared to when retired...every day is like being on endless annual leave!! Not complaining though!!

Seems like way too many people think that since we are retired, an do not have a regular job, that we are ripe for picking..

Very cold/windy conditions experienced. Did manage to take a few blues plus kings while the Mrs enjoyed all those "end of season" specials at many of the Chincoteague Island Shops!! Lil payback as im shortly to head North for some bear hunting!!

So far mostly big reds(drum) being caught with slots few & far between. Be heading down first week of November hoping to catch the striper run. Funny 2 years ago when my heavy work schedule kept me from a red hot puppy drum run....now only the big ones are running since retiring!! Oh well...lump crab meat will have to suffice!! lol Magnificent view on Assateague Barrier IslandA recent big red drum caught(released)
