Didn't get anything at SGL 157 today. Dud have one squirrel run right in front of me...but it was across a gravel road and no way I'm or anyone else would shoot at that safety risk. Heard a lot of gunfire and saw hunters, but didn't see anyone with anything.
Was originally going to Nox, but I had no clue that parking on the siee of the road was legal so I went to 157 when I couldn't find where I should park (on the grounds). Regardless when I was driving back you can dozens of cars amd people there....which is good, but man I dunno how I feel being around that desnity of hunters...and people from New Jersey.

I dont like all the hunters out either. I usually stay home the first day and start off during the week. Pheasants in the morning and grouse from mid-morning on.

If I relocate to a job in PA it would be possible, well that or after the new year when my vacation days reset. Having a child will just murder your paid days off. Lol

The PGC has an ap that shows all parking areas, etc on game lands. Maybe you should look for it Ian!

Hey Ian, you can barely tell it's hunting season up in Potter. Mebbe you should move there? I'm sure my parents and in laws would love needing 4 hours each way to see their grandaughter.
