Almost want to say no because last years buck had longer 2's and this years buck has longer 3's. Brows match up well though. If it is the same buck he really put on a lot of inches in a years time. Great pics.

Once a deer hits 4 years old, its skeleton is done growing. Up until that point, they actually "borrow" calcium from their bones to go into antler growth and development.
(scientists are looking at this phenomenon as a potential cure to osteoperosis, as it self repairs)
Once the skeleton is fully developed, much more is available to go into antler development and the antlers can really add inches after that.
I think its similar enough that it very well could be the same deer.
