Bought one two months ago and wanted to get it out and play with it and I couldn't get past the security code. I called customer service and they couldn't unlock it from the directions they were giving me so now I have to send it back. I will keep everyone posted on how good there service is. I hope this isn't going to cost me more.

I sent one back to them a couple of years ago and they fixed it right up. I think it took a few weeks to get it back though.

Security code?
This stuff is way more complicated than it needs to be.

Yeah so if someone steals it they can't get in it. If they take it they aren't bringing it back anyway so just let it go. They will check to see if the serial number has been reported stolen before they will work with you when you can't get past the security code.

I believe you can still use the camera even if you don't know the security code. You just can't change the settings. Just change SD cards and it keeps taking pics.
I sent a Moultrie back last year and they sent me a new one. Customer service was excellent. At the end of the day these things aren't worth fixing to them or us so they just replace them.

They just want the camera back. Nothing else so I don't know what they will do.
