With the incredible amounts of cheap, safe and clean natural gas PA has available our electric should be far cheaper than it is.
Smaller more efficient power plants, if permitted would be a boon to all of us,

There are two new power plants under construction in my area of the North East. Hopefully, as infrastructure is built, more will be constructed. I see very few comments on this thread from those, (don't tread on state lands....don't frack anywhere etc.), concerned about the environment. The results of the conversion seem to me almost beyond belief that such long term and major improvement to our environment could achieved........with so little fanfare. Could there be "selective" environmentalism....... ?
