HR 764 By Marsico. Resolution recognizing April 25, 2014, as "Arbor Day"; promoting public participation in the celebration; and further recognizing the value of trees to our environment.
HR 765 By Miller. Resolution encouraging all citizens of this Commonwealth to observe Earth Day on April 22, 2014.

Though not the purpose of "earth Day" most of our states forest could better use a chain saw than any more trees.

Earth day is a concoction of the tree huggers, green weenies, I would prefer the state not recognize it. Arbor day, however, has been around for a long time and was meant to get people to plant trees and is a good thing.

Earth Day might as well be Mars Day! Now Arbor day is a good thing!

Exactly John. I'll go a bit further and say that earth day was concocted by a bunch of Marxist Revolutionaries.
