I'm looking for a good quality (high resolution) photo of a youth in a hunting situation for the cover of our special January HTE On Target.
Deadline for submission is December 1st. The winning photo will receive a free years Next Generation membership for the youth in the photo.
Preference will be given to vertical photos versus landscape, but all will be considered. Some of the non-winning photos may also be published inside the edition. Photos must be submitted electronically to editor@pfsc.org by December 1st. They may be from this season or last season. Photographer’s name, name of the youth in the picture, name of person submitting the photo and details and location of the photo must be included with submission. If your photo is selected, we will contact you for the mailing address of the youth for his membership.
I’m also looking for stories/articles by or about our youth and their experiences participating in hunting, trapping or fishing activities. If we print an article by a youth, we will give them a free Next Generation membership. If it’s written by a parent or mentor, you get the privilege of bragging about your youth.

Maybe bg will let me talk to his son And I can write a story from a youth perspective. Can someone pm him for me and ask him to send me his phone number via pm? I like that he showed them so much and had them hang their own stands and everything! Shows very good mentoring!

I have several from this year but most are taken with a crappy flip phone and I wouldn't know how to post them.

Here is a picture of my son's first deer! A 6 point that took his last step and fell head first into that tree and broke both brow tines off. Were able to find one of them. Excited was an understatement!
