Actually, in the first pic, that isn't a doe, but a small buck, that is why the big one is in such an aggressive pose.

I named him Big Bad John, lol. When you see the pic with his ears pinned back, you'll know why!

Hope your spending some time up there now Dutch before he changes his summer pattern's.. Now is the time to nail him. He start's chasing and who know's where he may end up.. Kathy said she'll pay for a full body mount on that one..

LOL I think I'll be back this weekend, but this time in a more mileage friendly vehicle. Last weekend was 14.5 mpg, hopefully this weekend will be 35-37.

We gave the last pic to a guy that has a computer program that scores deer from pictures. He said somewhere around 125.
My brother killed a 125 10 pt the other year. My 8 pt from 2009, which was killed about 100 yds from where this pic was taken scored 118.
No matter the score, it's a very mature buck, which doesn't matter if he lives in Illinois or northern PA, it's a trophy.

You know me Rat, all I want is to know they exist. No longer have to kill them, just know they are there. Its exciting to see old bucks like this.
