The best part of this video, Loggy, are the additional squirrel cleaning viedos along the right side. I've see the main character in your video before and he is really slick; however, there are a couple of fellows doing squirrel cleaning who will not become stars! The young fellow cleaning his squirrel on a concrete slab and struggling with his dulled knife is going to be a while if he has more than a couple of squirrels with which to deal. Thanks for sharing. By the way, I just ordered a camera, so ole Berks is entering a new level of technology!

I thought it was pretty darn slick too!!
Likely when the squirrel is just killed(warm) would be best.
I have a feeling it may take a practice squirrel or 2 till I get as slick as the guy in the video clip!! ;D

Amen Tom. Seems he cuts in a lil past breaking the tailbone joint to ensure the skin continues to peel off when pulling.
I'm anxious to try this one fer sure..

I think squirrels are the hardest to skin pheasants and rabbits are easy.
