You have to listen closely, but if you have the patience to do so, you will be able to figure out why our way of life is history. Color me cynical, but this leads me to that conclusion.

I used to say we should take the illegal immigrants that risk everything to come here and send some of our people, like these people, to Mexico in trade.

You'd think with 24 hours news saturation on TV; The internet and other sources of info, that people would be better informed now, than at any time in our nation's history?
Instead, there are millions of clueless ignoramuses spewing this sort of stupidity. Apparently the only thing our educational systems are providing these days, are more entitlement junkies?

On the flipside, I have a friend that sends me rightwing stuff and when I Snope the stuff, 90% of it isn't true, but he believes it all because it was on a blog somewhere.
Everything on the internet is true. LOL
There are idiots on both sides, unfortunately.
Personally, I am just fed up with the hate that is spewed in this country. The Party comes first, and the country a distant second.

Ok. so Howard Stern interviews some people, takes ten or so of the most misinformed answers(don't like using the term stupid) and airs it---It draws listeners--ratings----sponsors--You think that clip would get the same response if the people that were interviewed gave sensible answers???

Nope. Stupidity was the point of this one, Tom. Maybe you can find a clip somewhere that shows some folks being just as stupid about Romney or McCain? The point was that this sort of people not only vote, but they breed too. To me, it isn't who they voted for but the thought processed or lack of them that is the point of this.

I don't watch Leno much, but he's been doing the same thing for years: Interviewing people on the street, some of which are clueless about current events and US history
So yeah, the ones that know the answers aren't as entertaining as the ones who have no idea what he's asking them about and make fools of themselves. Not hard to find such people and that is the point.

The point was that this sort of people not only vote, but they breed too "but they breed too" maybe the Government should of given all married couples or anyone thinking about starting a family a test---If they don't make the grade, mandatory castration/hysterectomy ----Then only smart people would vote and breed----- Kinda makes me wonder--how many members of this site would be around?? I suggest everyone else adopt my "habit" of being somewhat thick skinned, as I am seldom ever offended by anyone else. And if'n they want to think I'm just too stupid to have gotten offended by something they've said, that's okay, too.  |

IMO...anyone who lends any credibility to whut the infamous Howard Stern says is in the same IQ class as the interviewees in this clip!! IMO he is the scum of this Earth to speak politely...

 I think part of the goal here; however; is to have reasonable debate without getting tempers flared up; or name calling; and all the rest of the gentlemanly behaviors we are all capable of. Every one of us are able to make our points without that; but it does seem to happen more often the older we get.
