I've no problem with it, as long as it's posted on this forum.

OK, Here goes.. testing the waters..
I have three adjoining parcels in Bedford county. First is 38+ acres, second is 11+ and third is 10. Total acreage together is just under 60. There is an old house on the 38 acre parcel. Electric is available at the house. No indoor plumbing! There is a stocked bass pond that I had built in 1982. There is hard road frontage access to the property. Most of the property is wooded. However, I did contract with a PA Forester about two years ago to do a wildlife management cut on the property. Not a clear cut, a select cut geared towards forest habitat improvement. The cut has not been completed yet but should be done very soon. The property is in a rural area of southern Bedford county within a stones throw of Buchanan State forest. Basically there are thousands of open hunting acres in the area.
I have decided it is time to sell the property. I never use it anymore. I am willing to talk about selling the parcels separately, but would prefer to sell them all together. I have not talked to a local Realtor yet, but have done some research on comparable sales and listings in the area.
Contact me via phone for more information. Glenn 410-570-0586

The property is closer to Route 26. Sits between the small communities of Artemas and Inglesmith with frontage on route 2001, Artemas Road. Here is a Google Earth image that shows approximate property boundaries.

Hey Glenn,
I just checked mapquest and zeroed right in on your property. Heck, you're just a stones throw from the Road KIll Cafe. I own property up on Big Creek but I have a couple buddies that are always asking me if I know of land for sale in the area. I've already contacted one of them and hope to see the other this weekend. My email is akers254@gmail.com. Please send me the particulars on each lot. Thanks.

I've no problem with it, as long as it's posted on this forum. Well......if they didn't post it on this forum, but they wanted to sell it and let forum members know it was for sale, then how else would the members know unless it was posted? confused-smiley-013 Wait!! Unless there's some type of double-secret-probation forum that nobody else.....not even the members know about. smileys-whistling-823718 Then once it's posted there, then only some of the members would know. banghead However, we wouldn't know which members....that's why it's a double-secret-probation forum. Does that need explained?

I meant the info should be posted in the "Sportsman Rendezvous" Forum, not this particular post.

Certainly Stroup.. $1 a square foot = 60 acres times 43560 square feet per acre = a paltry $2,613,600.00. I'll take 10% down payment, and you can give me the rest next payday!
