Stroup???.....Are you saying you never went up in the mountains at night hunting Dragunov's without your trusty Romanian Dragunov in tow? We always had two or three extra magazines 'cause you never knew when you were gonna run into a hoard of angry charging Dragunov's.
It could get ugly.

Is Dragunov the russian word for snipe? If so, I've hunted them, but semiautos were optional.

Well....Muttster must have been darn quick with a bolt action....or he never ran into a mean roving heard of Dragunov's. But....back in the day when I hunted 'em.....a Semi-auto was a must!!! And we learn yet.....another surprise about Muttster!! He translates Russian fluently.
