I use an inertia puller. It's like a plastic hammer. Works great.

I have two of them.It works like a charm with no damage with longer bullets.

I have used both the collet and the inertia. Sorry but I will disagree on needing an inertia to pull crimped bullets. I just pulled 50 rounds of 32 Winchester Special that were crimped. The inertia hammer wouldn't touch them, and I'm slamming it onto a concrete floor, the collect pulled all of them. Yes there was some very light marks on the bullet where the collet grabbed , but nothing like the deformation to the tip of a bullet when using an inertia hammer.
