Same here Mike! If they do go that route I hope they include "real time" availability numbers by WMU vs how they handle the Antlerless DMAP permits which is worthless as you recently learned. IMO...what we currently have works just fine. Implementation of a new system im sure will cost us more in the end game than 2 postage stamps Yeah I found out the hard way. It may prove to be a blessing in disguise though. I put money down on a Camper and I'm going to be leasing a Lot on Hoagland Branch rd that I'm putting it on. So with having the DMAP for Lycoming I can just drive out to the end of my road, turn left and I'm there. And since I won't be shooting a Doe in Sullivan County my inlaws will stay off my back Great!! Good central location to locate a hunting camp. Fished Hoagland and found it better than the Loyalsock.

No offense, but you're clueless. I deal with that exact type of change every day in an I.T. setting. Can the change be enacted ? Of course. But there are no sales of antlerless right now at the POS (again Point of Sale) setting. That means having to implement "hooks" at a completely different venue than county courthouses. That my friend, is time and money. It's not as simple as, "Well the courthouses already do it. It's easy". And I can give two sh!ts less if they do it or not. I'm not afraid of anything here. LOL Stay in your lane my friend.

Lol. It's not like this CAN'T be done, and will be done. Like I said, the vendor is not reinventing the wheel.
Plus, the PGC has been preparing for this for a long time.
There will be lead time as well.
In 1998, I bought a NR license in New York, I IMMEDIATELY knew if a doe tag was awarded me, in their lottery. If something similar could be done in 1998, I'm sure this isn't a problem 24 years later.
