I bought a 2022 Tacoma and one of the accessories I ordered for it was a tonneau cover. Well they did put a tonneau cover on it but not the one I had described. My new cover will be in next week so I am selling this one for half price. $100. It is for a 6 foot bed, (5 foot wide), has 3 fixed-bows, sides are attached with velcro and it can be rolled up and strapped behind the cab. The bows don't show up well in this picture, but they are evenly spaced along the bed's length with about a 1-1/2 inch rise. Ok, just took a couple more pics.

Looks like the truck I've been researching, think it's time I replace the 2005 Tundra, and down size, maybe. I'm thinking about a TRD Off Road in an Access Cab, and maybe with the 2" factory lift kit. Trouble is according to the internet there's no access cabs on any lot within 60 miles, and I'm not going to order one with out physically looking at one.

Trouble is according to the internet there's no access cabs on any lot within 60 miles, and I'm not going to order one with out physically looking at one. I don't know what a 2005 would bring on trade but they made me an offer on my 2013 that I would have been a fool to turn down. After nine years and 70,000 miles I got within $9,400 of what I paid for the truck new. Plus Toyota is holding the MSRP on new ones which surprised me. Mine was cherry but I talked to the dealer today and he said they sold it within 3 hours of detailing and parking it on the lot and ----- the guy who bought it, promptly went out a few days later and creamed a deer and his front end!!! Mine is an access cab. I put in my request at three different dealers since November for color and style. "Luna rock" and "sport access cab." They kept calling and telling me they had nice double cabs on the way yada, yada yada. I had driven two 2019 access cabs and liked them , so I knew pretty much what I was getting and I didn't have to commit financially to this one before seeing. This is the fourth new truck I've purchased from William's Toyota in Sayre so I think they were willing to work with me.

Did a quick search on Kelly Blue book my 05 is worth about $7500 on a trade. It only has 135,000 miles on it, the only thing that no longer works is the tire AP mounter , body and frame are solid and the engine timing belt was replaced about 25,000 miles ago, normal wear on the interior and exterior. I'm not about to order one if I have to take it without a look see first. I don't think the overall look and feel of the truck changes much between the different levels. but I want to have a look see and drive first. Have 4 or 5 dealers within 60 or so miles so I'll do some calling to see if any of them have an access cab on their lot. If I end up with one and you still have that cover I may take it off your hands at that price.

My son's the manager down here at Fitzgerald Toyota in Chambersburg. I love that color Bow!! My Tundra was black and the sharpest looking vehicle I ever owned (other than my 57 Bel Air Chevy). And yes it was a bugger to keep clean. My wife's niece is retired and bored and loves to do detailing, so the last couple of years it's been pretty much pampered. This new color is showing up on all makes of vehicles so it is already fairly common. I have noticed that it hides the dirt road dust much better than other colors.
