I dunno if anyone has looked at new crossbow prices….but man….this is getting to be a rich mans sport!!
I got a Midway USA flyer and these CB’s are from $1,000 to $4,000!!!
A few for the cheap price of $300….. but not many.
I paid like $550 for my Horton reverse technology like 7 years ago. It still works, still kills deer…although only at 320fps vs the 400+fps.
But dead is dead.

Yep. Prices are through the roof on the top end models but the meat of the market is still bows less than $700 for first time buyers.

I still only have my ole Excal Exocet 200 I bought back when Full Inclusion was passed(2009?). It's pretty slow(330 fps) but all I need with the minimal time I have to hunt with it. Think it was around $600.

Ridge...I respect your great knowledge on crossbows/extensive hunting experience with them! Would like to hear what you think re benefits on upgrading from a Vortex 200 or Exocet 200??? Not a high end upgrade but something in the middle price range?? Thanks!!
