It tasted amazing, pattied them up, seasoned , rubbed with virgin olive oil, cooked in a cast iron skillet with bacon grease, brushed a little bacon grease on the buns and lightly toasted them, I love elk meat. Shot the bull in October in Idaho, we harvested 5 bulls and 2 deer .
