Don't forget to get your FREE Saltwater Registry Program number if planning on doing some saltwater fishing. In VA once you register you get an automatic yearly renewal email. I know in VA the Marine Police started fining for not registering....think it was around $30-$50. First couple years some got a pass but no longer.
