I sucked a photography 101 today, was tired from dogging it.
I forgot every dang thing I learned from the 27 CD set I bought from "Dave's great photo secrets"........so that's on me Dave, not you ......
Anyway, it was a nice bear. Guessing it at 300 plus, waiting to hear official weight. Guy that got it has hunted bear for 30 years, was his first one, so we were all obviously happy for him.
For those who like a great story to be told about the hunt, I will tell my version.
We set a great drive up, as me and JJ always do, we put a bear out, Mark killed it..... we are happy. Mostly because he is still driving to a check point, has a butcher bill and huge taxidermy bill........and JJ and I are just chillin and waiting to get another sucker to shoot one tomorrow.......

Very nice!! BTW.....when you put a 300-lb bear in a small vehicle, you can lie about it's weight.....and say it's like 500-lbs 'cause look how it filled out my pickup bed!!! Of course, a bit more blur and you can't tell if it's a pickup bed or not.
That's on page 2 of my "how to" of professional photography!!!
But.....nice bear!!
