I believe this was discssed a while ago, but still not sure the answer.
Page 10 of digest states with a picture that Oct. muzzleloader anterless deer and bear seasons, the hunter must wear 250 in. of orange.
At the bottom of the page under the heading "Wearing Orange", the first sentence states, " No fluorescent orange is required while archery hunting for deer, bear or elk, or when hunting waterfowl, doves, turkeys, crows, or furbearers."
So, tomorrow and next week, I'm sittin in my blind with my bow and inline (rifle at the end of the week). I'm wearin full camo for deer or bear archery huntin. If a bear shows up out of bow range, do I have to put on 250 in. of orange before I use my gun?

It was illegal to shoot a squirrel with a bow, if you didn't have the 250 sq inches. Same holds true if you want to shoot a bear

Are you fellows going to comply with the "orange face mask" requirement?
Attachment Deleted
In an announcement late Wednesday afternoon, Governor Tom Wolf and the Pennsylvania Game Commission have released new requirements for hunters taking to the woods in Pennsylvania general seasons.
In all seasons that require fluorescent orange to be worn, PA hunters must additionally wear an orange face mask for visual safety and to reduce the spread of Covid 19. "This measure will ensure that those afield in Pennsylvania will do so with the utmost of safety."
This measure will apply to small game hunters immediately as well as impact hunters pursuing early muzzleloader deer and bear as early as this Saturday. For hunters unable to find masks in hunter orange, masks can be purchased from any Game Commission regional headquarters for $29.99
Failure to wear a orange specific mask can result in fines exceeding $500. Those who wear no mask at all may forfeit their hunting privileges for up to 2 years.
"We are willing to enforce this law to the fullest extent to ensure hunter safety."
Officials are urging those gullible enough to believe in coyote stocking programs, PA mountain lions and other nonsense to not fall for things they read on the internet!

Pennsylvania Game Commission
10h · A regulatory change adopted since last hunting season allows properly licensed bowhunters to carry muzzleloaders when any deer or bear archery or muzzleloader seasons overlap. The change allows archery deer or bear hunters to carry muzzleloaders during the Oct. 17-24 muzzleloader bear season, and use muzzleloaders during that time to harvest bears. Properly licensed hunters also may use muzzleloaders to harvest antlerless deer during this period since the antlerless-only muzzleloader deer season also runs from Oct. 17-24. The statewide archery bear season runs from Oct. 17-Nov. 7. The statewide archery deer season is now underway and runs until Nov. 20. When carrying muzzleloaders during the October muzzleloader deer and bear seasons, hunters at all times must wear at least 250 square inches of fluorescent orange material on the head, chest and back, combined, visible from 360 degrees.
Carrying firearms generally is prohibited while bowhunting. Aside from the exemption that applies during overlaps in the muzzleloader deer and bear seasons, holders of License to Carry Firearms permits may possess their permitted firearms while bowhunting. Junior and Senior license holders, those with disabled person permits, and Pennsylvania residents serving on active duty in the armed forces, may hunt bears or antlerless deer with a rifle during the special firearms season from Oct. 22-24. These individuals may not hunt antlered deer during the special firearms season while in possession of a rifle.

It would appear you need the FO on even when caring the ML ?
FYI, I copied this off a friends FB page, I did not take it from PGC site. It does appear to be from the PGC, but I did not verify that.

So, tomorrow and next week, I'm sittin in my blind with my bow and inline (rifle at the end of the week). I'm wearin full camo for deer or bear archery huntin. If a bear shows up out of bow range, do I have to put on 250 in. of orange before I use my gun? If you have the inline with you, you are hunting with an inline and therefore will need to wear 250 FO at all times.
