Thanks for the feedback..I was kicking around a low budget older vessel.See guys using old star craft aluminums..Seen a nice used Lund SV16 I thinK was the model for sale.Seems to be tons of the Old Starcrafts for sale either project boats or already refurbished.I really have no use for this kind of boat on the Susquehanna in Harrisburg area, but thought about hauling it up to R.I in the Narragansett bay possibly. Not concerned about looks.Just floats and have a solid motor.Heard a comment from someone about buying fiberglass boats and how much easier it is to replace an aluminum boats transom than tearing apart fiberglass boats..Tons of boats for sale out there..Motors are usually the big question.

I think he enjoys throwing the undersize crab back as much as keeping them. VA has a 5" point to point minimum size for males(Jimmies) & no size limit for mature females(Sooks). We kept enough for dinner & likely threw back over 50 undersized. All crabs looked extremely healthy. The Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge run by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service does a great job in maintaining a healthy marine environment.

Crabbed in 1981. Ocean City, MD. Not too much work crabbing. The work started after they were boiled for eats. What a process to grab a slim morsel of meat. And then there was that "yeller" color stuff that you had to stay away from. I prefer lump meat, already packaged for me. Color me silly.

Only parts that are YUK to me is the shell and lungs(aka devil fingers). If a soft shell crab then even the shell is yummy!! But hey I’m one that slurps raw oysters down too!!😀
