Another new arrival. We've been seeing an indigo bunting for a few days but mostly at dusk. Finally this morning he made a daylight appearance.

Birdman of Wyalusing strikes again. That one might have been the bird "woman." We took so many pictures I'm not sure which was whose.

Do I look dumb enough to pick on Kate? Heck that wouldn't be "picking' she likes being a bird woman. Sometimes she actually wishes she could fly.....away!

Was at camp from Tuesday until today, got home around 6:30. Might have seen an oriole yesterday, but it flew past my limited field of view so fast (was on the front porch) not sure? Blue jays, red wing blackbirds, chickadees, yeller finches and lots of other tweeties. Watched a pair of red tails circling around this morning.
No turkeys around camp, as usual. Only ones I saw were miles down the valley, on my way to town yesterday morning.
Cousin said he hasn't seen/heard any on my side of the valley in two weeks. Oodles of deer. Had to stop yesterday on the dirt road up past camp, to let three does and a tiny fawn cross.
